1. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, there are benefits to creating an account with us:

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

4. ARE THERE CURRENCY CONVERSION FEES?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card uses another currency, the total amount will be converted based on your bank’s daily exchange rate at the time of processing.
5. HOW CAN I ENTER MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Since our website and service are in English, all information must be entered using the English alphabet, including punctuation.
If some letters in your address contain non-English characters, we recommend replacing them with similar English letters.
For example, you can replace “ç” with “c.”
6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Please note that it is not possible to change the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped.
We recommend providing a stable residential address rather than a temporary or vacation address, as we cannot predict how long packages may be held in customs.
7. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs authorities.
