Order Delivery Time is Divided into Two Phases:
Processing Time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours after the order and payment are received.
Shipping Time:
This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
USA & Canada
Insured Standard Shipping takes 1β4 weeks for delivery (IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK).
AUSTRALIA & New Zealand
Insured Standard Shipping takes 1β4 weeks for delivery (IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK).
United Kingdom & EUROPE
Insured Standard Shipping takes 1β4 weeks for delivery (IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK).
Other Countries
Insured Standard Shipping takes 2β5 weeks for delivery (IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK).
Insured Shipping:
If the item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is submitted.
Insured Priority Shipping:
Your delivery is placed at the top of the list of orders we send daily to our manufacturers. Depending on the order volume we are receiving, delivery times may remain similar to those of standard shipping. Your item will also be insured.
Some products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as we have warehouses in multiple locations.
Tracking numbers may take a few days up to a week to update and show correct information. We recommend using a third-party site such as:
