Standard Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receipt, free of charge. Returned items will be refunded.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns or exchanges of Empuary products purchased from another authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

Return Procedure (excluding Black Friday and other promotions)
For all returns, please contact support@empuary.com
 to receive your return label.
Include your order number and the product you wish to return. We will provide you with the next steps upon receiving your email.

Damaged Items
If you receive one or more damaged items, send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@empuary.com
 with the subject: DAMAGED.
This report must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Missing Items
If you did not receive your full order, please contact us at support@empuary.com
 with the subject: MISSING ITEM and include your order number.
